Paoula & Toni celebrated their love with 75 guests who traveled from Dubai and beyond to their dream destination wedding on the Greek Cycladic island of Paros. This Lebanese couple’s boho-chic celebration reflected their shared love for the beach, Mediterranean cuisine, and adventure. The chosen venue was a charming estate owned by the same family for over 70 years, featuring a stunning blue-and-white Greek chapel—a request close to the couple’s hearts. The estate’s stone flooring and raw elements provided the perfect backdrop for their bohemian wedding theme.

For the ceremony, the bride’s unique vision came to life with an unconventional seating arrangement. Bohemian and Mediterranean poufs in various colors and patterns created an inviting and vibrant setting, while pampas grass bouquets lined the aisle. The Greek Orthodox wedding took place in front of the chapel, blending tradition with the couple’s personalized boho aesthetic.

Following the ceremony, guests headed to the cocktail hour, where an Aperol spritz stand doubled as a creative seating chart. Welcome bites like Parian bruschetta and fish ceviche with tiger milk and mango were served alongside local beers and wines. The cocktail area featured bohemian carpets, poufs, and benches for seating, enhancing the relaxed and stylish atmosphere.

As the evening unfolded, dinner was served under the glow of bohemian string lights and terracotta candles, creating an intimate and magical ambiance. The tablescape featured wooden naked tables, cross-back wooden chairs, terracotta napkins, and golden matte cutlery. Beige plates rested on boho-style chargers, while floral décor combined clay and off-white vases filled with dried and fresh boho-inspired flowers. Organic soaps from Lebanon were placed on each plate as thoughtful favors. The three tables were named “Sun,” “Sea,” and “Surf”—a nod to the couple’s mutual love for surfing.

The Mediterranean-inspired menu from a local catering team delighted the guests. Highlights included fresh Greek salads, marinated zucchini with avocado as well as seafood orzo with shrimps. For the main course, guests enjoyed a choice of catch-of-the-day fish fillet with celery root purée AND lamb thigh slow-cooked in olive oil and thyme, accompanied by oven-roasted glazed potatoes. The feast concluded with a midnight snack of chicken gyros and assorted sides, ensuring energy levels stayed high for the party.
