This couple celebrated their love in a spectacular destination wedding in Beirut, Lebanon, with 100 guests joining from around the world.

Though separated by distance, with Elie residing in Houston and Roula in Dubai, the couple’s special day came together beautifully, blending timeless elegance and cultural heritage.

Preparations took place at the luxurious Hotel Albergo, Lebanon’s only Relais & Châteaux property, providing the perfect start to an unforgettable day.

The ceremony was held at the majestic St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Beirut, and the reception unfolded in the enchanting Liza Beirut, a former 19th-century palace in Ashrafie. Reflecting the timeless charm of the venue, the decor featured blush, cream, and nude roses, gold-rimmed glassware, vintage-style plates, and pearly napkins, creating a warm, refined ambiance.

The couple entered the reception to traditional Lebanese music, captivating guests who sang along to classic Lebanese melodies, immersing themselves in the joyous celebration. Their four-tier white wedding cake was adorned with delicate pearls and sugar roses, and as a final touch, guests received rose-shaped candles in pearl and nude tones as favors—a beautiful token of Roula and Elie’s love and heritage.
